Terms & Conditions

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR LEAGUES ARE BELOW ARE PRETTY STANDARD TERMS OF 6ASIDE LEAGUES AND ARE VERY SIMULAR TO SOME OTHER PROVIDERS. IN THE MAIN, TEAMS SIGN UP TO THE FULL SEASON AND PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes a formal agreement between you as the Team and Footballmundialwebsite.com ltd.

That I am fully responsible for all bookings made under this membership number and as such thus number should not be divulged to anyone other than Football Mundial staff when bookings are being made.
I understand that for casual bookings, notice of cancellation is required to be received the day before kick-off otherwise the Pitch Hire Fee will be due in full. A cancellation number will be quoted whenever a booking is cancelled, and I will retain this number in the event of a dispute.
I understand that for other categories of bookings, alternative terms and conditions may apply and I agree to adhere to such terms and conditions.
Football Mundial may terminate this agreement at its discretion at any time including, without limitation, if any amount payable under this agreement remains outstanding for more than 7 days or I am, or any member of the Team is, in breach of these terms and conditions or such League Rules.
I am aware, and will make all players on this booking aware that all players participate at their own risk. Teams are encouraged to take out your own insurance if you wish.

Each Team are playing in our leagues under the following Terms & Conditions and Agreements.

1. Hire of pitch

Pitch Hire Agreement

By entering into this Pitch Hire Agreement, I hereby agree to and accept the terms and conditions below for the period of the above league session:

I am signing the Pitch Hire Agreement in my capacity as Team Organiser and I am duly authorised to accept responsibility on behalf of your team for the terms and conditions herein.
The Pitch Hire Fee as detailed above is payment for the pitch hire on the days and times detailed in the Pitch Hire Agreement Dates section below.
I agree to pay the above total Pitch Hire Fee either in advance, or by weekly instalments.
Football Mundial reserves the right to alter the Pitch Hire Fee between the start date and the finish date of the period of hire as detailed above.
I understand that for each hire under this Pitch Hire Agreement the pitch is made exclusively available to the Team, by Football Mundial. I may however permit any other team/players and any referee access to the pitch for the purposes of playing any league fixture.
I am aware, and will make the players on bookings made under this Pitch Hire Agreement, aware that all players play at their own risk.
I agree to pay the pitch hire in full or in 10 weekly instalments.
I agree to pay the match pitch hire fee for the full block booking. If I am unable to use the allocated pitch time for any reason we will still be liable for the full fees.
Football Mundial may terminate this Pitch Hire Agreement at its discretion at any time including, without limitation, if any amount payable under this Pitch Hire Agreement remains outstanding for more than 7 days or I am, or any member of the Team is, in breach of these terms and conditions.
Football Mundial reserve the right to alter match fees at anytime.
I am aware that Football Mundial is responsible for organising a referee for each match the Team participates in. I accept that we are responsible for payment of these referees, and authorise Football Mundial to make this payment on our behalf.

2. Participation by the football Team in a Football Mundial league

LEAGUE ENTRY AGREEMENT

I hereby agree to and accept the terms and conditions below for the period of the above league session:

All teams are signed up to a full season which always consist of 20 weeks (2 x 10 week block bookings) (Full Season). Please confirm with your League Manager exact dates if required. However, any team wishing to leave the league prior to the end of the season must contact the relevant League Manager and every attempt will be made to find a replacement, but without guarantee.
Football Mundial operate a flexible squad system so an unlimited amount of players can be used to enable all teams field a team weekly and fulfil each league fixture.
You will pay us full match fee for cancelling a match or failing to attend a fixture. If a match is cancelled on less than 48 hours’ notice and we are unable to arrange your opponents another game you will also pay us the opponent’s match fee. As Team Organiser you agree to make full payment all fees charges and fines relating to your team. These are payable to us by debit card or bank transfer within 48 hours of the relevant fixture date.
If a team cancels then the opposing team must still turn up for a friendly if the game is provided by Football Mundial. The team will win 5-0 and pay for the match as normal.
Teams are automatically signed up to a new season, if any team does not wish to continue then a two week notice period must be given before the end of the current season by emailing the league manager with a request to leave 2 weeks prior to the end of the season (league managers details can be found above the league table on the website.
Teams are not allowed to leave the league with arrears. All debts must be cleared in full two weeks prior to the end of the season or a team will be automatically enrolled into the new season.
In the event of a major sports event or a one-off event that would prevent multiple teams from attending a fixture, in the best interest of the league and teams, Football Mundial may offer a reduced cancellation fee of £20, or, an alternative playing time on that day, to ensure pitch fees still are covered.
Any player receiving a red card will be fined £10 which is payable before playing again. Any serious discipline will be reported to the relevant County FA.
Deposit System
- Deposits must be paid prior to the team’s first fixture
- Teams will have their deposit returned as their final game with Football Mundial. The following must be carried out for this to coincide:

3. Third Party Referee Services

We try to arrange a referee to officiate each match, but with shortage of referees in the UK, teams and players in a lot of instances help with this in the local area on the understanding that it is agreed between the Team and the referee, that the referee is supplying his or her services as a self-employed individual acting as a principal and that the referee is not acting on behalf of Football Mundial in any capacity. Each Team will be responsible for paying the match referee for the match referees services.
In agreeing to these terms and conditions, Teams accept responsibility for making payment to referees, and that the services of the referees are additional to the provision of the Pitch Hire as well as the League services supplied by Football Mundial.
